For more than 140 years, Helly Hansen has been making professional grade gear to help people stay and feel alive, originating from our home in Norway. It all started in 1877 when sea captain Helly Juell Hansen found a better way to stay protected from the harsh Norwegian elements. Soon thereafter, Captain Hansen and his wife Margrethe launched a business producing waterproof oilskin jackets, trousers, sou'westers and tarpaulins made from coarse linen soaked in linseed oil – and the legend was born!

The HP FOIL V2 is designed for the versatile needs of sailing and marine activities. The open-mesh upper enhances breathability and flexibility, while the structural overlays protect the feet from the demands of the deck.

The upper features HH Max-Vent, HH Quick Dry, HH Lite-Frame, and HH Pro Guard technologies, working together to keep the feet comfortable and protected. The midsole includes a Protective Rubber Cupsole, HH Max-Comfort Insole, HH Charge for odor reduction, and moisture-wicking properties. The outsole utilizes HH Surround-Grip and HH Hydro-Grip for superior traction on wet surfaces.

These shoes are well-suited for sailing, marine lifestyles, and various watersports. They can be machine washed and are made with imported materials, featuring a rubber sole and canvas outer.
